This house is for professionals and mature students.

 

The property is a 6-bedroom, fully and recently been furnished en of terraced house. There is 1 bathroom upstairs and a small toilet behind the kitchen on the ground floor. The washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the kitchen utensils are included in the rent. You just need to bring your suitcase to settle into your room. The house is in excellent condition. We fitted brand new carpet to the stairs and landing of this house.

Location: The house is very close to the city centre – the best location for being central and close to transport, but also to get to the universities.


UCA – 9 minutes on foot.
CCCU – 11 minutes on foot.
UKC – 20 minutes by bus.
Canterbury East Train Station – 10 minutes away on foot where you can go to London by train.
Tesco – 9 minutes away on foot. It is open 7 days a week! There are also lots of other shops around.

What is included in rent: all bills (electric, water, gas), council tax, fibre optic internet, TV licence, cleaning the communal area once a month and gardening occasionally.

Security Deposit: It is a 5-week rent for each room. Security deposits are protected under DPS.

Holding Deposit: It is £100 for each room. This amount needs to be paid to secure a room. The Holding Deposit will be deducted from the first-month rent.

Rules: No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. We cannot accept couples. Parking on street is available for permit holders only. Please contact the Canterbury City Council to obtain the parking permit. We require a guarantor from students and do a referencing for professionals.
